Digital Training Course Refund Policy
At Macha PSM, we are committed to providing high-quality digital training. Due to the nature of our online courses, we maintain the following refund policy:

All Sales Are Final After Access – We do not offer refunds once you have accessed more than 20% of the course content.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course.

Technical Issues – If you experience technical problems preventing access, please contact support within 7 days. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.

No Refunds for Non-Usage – Failure to access or complete the course does not qualify for a refund.

Fraud Prevention – Refunds will not be issued for fraudulent purchases or chargebacks made in bad faith.
