Payton holds a degree in Business Finance and has experience in portfolio management and customer relations. He supports operational efficiency and ensures our team stays connected with clients.

As Strategic Growth Manager at Macha PSM, Mike leverages his background in mechanical engineering and his experience managing complex, multi-million dollar systems for organizations like NAVSEA to drive high-value business expansion. With a Master’s degree from the Naval Postgraduate School, he specializes in building strategic partnerships and translating technical complexity into initiatives focused on delivering maximum value for our clients.

With over three decades of experience in code compliance, process safety, and mechanical integrity, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge to Macha PSM. His long-standing reputation for problem solving and customer satisfaction adds depth to the services we provide.

Riley is eager to use his background in steel mill safety and inspection and the Marine Corps to lead process safety activities, Engineers, and Consultants

Harrison utilizes his electrical and mechanical experience from his time in the U.S. Navy to lead PHAs, Compliance Audits, Mechanical Integrity Audits, and more.

Michael uses his expertise as a Chemical Engineer with a strong background in leading teams, drafting P&IDs, and performing detailed material and energy balance calculations to assist with engineering activities. 

Along with his expertise as a trained engineer, Harley brings extensive experience in Asset Protection Investigation to help inform our PHA and Compliance Audit process.

Jordan is a Chemical Engineering major graduating in May with experience in chemical engineering fundamentals, including material and energy balances and process analysis.
